Adam Jarvis

As bar manager at Pepita, a position he has held since August 2015, Adam Jarvis assists beverage director Taha Ismail on the restaurant’s menu of inventive Mexican, tiki and classic cocktails.

Prior to joining the team at Pepita, he managed the bar at another MIC restaurant, Graffiato in Washington D.C. Before coming to Graffiato in 2011, Jarvis was the bar manger for Mussel Bar & Grille in Arlington, VA, bartender for the Bottom Line, and bar manger for Café Soleil in Washington, D.C. Jarvis has extensive experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from West Virginia University.
