Regional manager Chloe Caras was part of the opening team at Pepita.
Prior to joining the Mike Isabella Concepts team, Caras served on the opening team at multiple Ted’s Bulletin locations in the D.C. area, and was a hiring and training manager for several local Matchbox restaurants. Previously, Caras has held management and supervisory positions at Mahogany Grill Restaurant in New York.
Caras has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Ithaca College in New York.
